How to Set Up the fxTsignals VIP EA on MT4 or MT5
A step-by-step guide for Lifetime VIP and 1-Year Plan members to install the free fxTsignals VIP Expert Advisor and start auto-copying signals to MT4 or MT5.
Get Your Access Token From Admin
Message us on any channel below and we'll issue your personal token — you'll need it in Step 4.
MT4 and MT5 Installation Steps
Install the EA
Copy the file fxTsignals_VIP_EA.mq4 into your MT4's MQL4/Experts folder.
- In MT4: File → Open Data Folder → MQL4 → Experts
- Paste the file there, then restart MT4 (or right-click "Expert Advisors" in the Navigator and refresh)
Allow the Connection (One-Time)
Your terminal blocks outside connections by default — we need to whitelist ours.
- Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors
- Tick "Allow WebRequest for listed URL"
- Add https://api.fxtsignals.com to the list
Attach It to a Chart & Enter Your Token
Drag the EA from the Navigator onto any chart, then fill in the inputs tab:
- ApiBaseUrl — https://api.fxtsignals.com
- LicenseKey — the access token from admin (Step 1)
- LotMode — how your lot size is calculated: Fixed Lot, Multiplier, As per fxTsignals Ratio (recommended), or Risk %
- SymbolSuffix / SymbolPrefix — only if your broker adds letters before/after symbol names (e.g. EURUSD.x) — leave blank to auto-detect
- ShowPopupAlerts — on by default, shows a popup each time a trade opens or closes
Done — Leave Your Terminal Running
Signals now copy automatically. Just keep your terminal running (on your PC or your own VPS) — every trade will show up in your account labelled under your comment prefix, e.g. fxTsignals:84709662.
Nothing Happening After Setup?
Check that Step 3's address matches exactly, and that your terminal shows a smiley face (top-right) meaning Expert Advisors are enabled. If it still doesn't copy trades, message us on any channel above with your account number and we'll check it from our side.
